Salary: £26,000 per year

JustONE have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Time Apprentice Recruitment/Compliance Administrator to join our Liverpool Branch on a permanent basis.

This is Monday to Friday position with 37.5 hours a week and £26,000 per year.

The position as an Apprentice Recruitment Administrator is a pivotal and challenging role within the business, providing a strong workforce of care workers allows us to continuously ensure we meet our Client’s needs. Alongside managing job adverts and resourcing potential new employees the Apprentice Recruitment Administrator will also be responsible for the on boarding process.

The expectations of role of Apprentice Recruitment Administrator are to:

Manage, coordinate and book interviews using various portals swiftly and in an organised approach

Providing excellent customer service with candidates, hiring managers and third-party screening providers,

Support line manager with their recruitment by posting vacancies, managing candidate records, scheduling interviews,

Answer candidate questions,

Promote benefits of working for Just ONE, monitoring and responding to applications ensuring target numbers of new applicants are recruited to meet the demands of the service,

Oversee the recruitment of new applications for care workers, collate and monitor all paperwork and ensure a fully compliant end to end application process is delivered at all times before any carer is approved for work.

To undertake other duties as requested by your Line Manager.
