Based Bristol
An Applications Engineer / Sales Support Engineer is required for a busy engineering company. With experience of pumps you will support external sales activity. This will include pre-sales to post sales support and will involve assisting potential orders from enquiry stage through to order, fulfilling contractual obligations and maintaining and acceptable level of contact with the client. You will carry out technical evaluations of clients needs and develop proposals in line with guidelines set down in company technical sales manuals and price book.
Candidates will have gained experience within a similar role within an engineering environment. You will have technical experience of centrifugal pump along with good cooercial acumenn. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
This position would be well suited to a graduate with some experience who is looking for a varied position that will allow you to develop your experience.
