Airport Agent – Retail Sales Assistant

Working on our own airside passes our Airport Agents provide a service to our clients’ that is unique within the aviation industry. One week you may be checking in passengers on their way to a dream honeymoon in sunny climates and the next you may be serving passengers luxury foods on a seafood bar.

2014 looks to be a very big year for One Resourcing Ltd, with more clients than ever our Airport Agents will be a fundamental part of a passengers’ airport experience.

Working on behalf of our clients, prestigious retailers based at their London Gatwick Airport stores, we are currently looking to recruit a number of Sales Assistants.

Job Description:

Stock control and replenishment
Retail standards, a good eye for detail, standards are of the utmost importance
Managing remote storage, keeping it clean, tidy and organised
Going the extra mile (long days/late nights)
Customer facing, needs an outgoing personality, very service orientated role
Must be Punctual and reliable
Clean and tidy personal appearance.

You must be able to access the airport for shifts that can start as early as 04:00 and must be able to work as late as 23:00. This will include working weekends and Bank Holidays.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate excellent customer facing skills, be able to communicate at all levels and provide all customers with a first class passenger experience.

All candidates would need to provide a full five year reference history, a UK Criminal Record Check, Overseas Criminal Record Check where applicable and will also need to undertake security awareness training before starting work.
