Air Conditioning Installation Assistant

Salary: £26,000 per year

My client is a well established, Thames Valley based air conditioning and refrigeration contractor that specialise in installation, service, maintenance and repair on cooling equipment. They have been running for well over 25 years and can boast some very well known clients on their patch. Engineers stay with this company for a long time as there are some great opportunities for overtime and also internal progression.

They are recruiting for an Air Conditioning installation assistant / mate, you will be:-

• Helping the installation engineer on site putting in air conditioning units and refrigeration units
• Lifting and carrying units, fetching tools and equipment, sometimes helping with the driving
• Working with a variety of clients such as office, school, hospitals, shops etc.
• Going out with an established engineer covering the Thames Valley area in the M4 / M40 corridor – Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex, Oxfordshire

Skills Needed

• Living close to their Witney in Oxfordshire close to the engineer that you will be assisting
• A UK driving licence would be beneficial
• A good aptitude to learn
• Be physically fit and hardworking
