Agriculture Harvest Supervisor

Staffline Agriculture are advertising for 2 experienced Harvest / Field Supervisors for our client based around the Evesham area.

This is an excellent opportunity for the correct candidates as the client grows and harvest other produce

Duties may include:

Co-ordinate and supervise the work of small teams of farm workers and harvesting labourers, perform general harvest duties. To train and motivate the team to perform the job to the best of their abilities.
Develop work schedules and establish procedures, maintain quality control and production records and report figures back to Farm Managers. This may be paper based or on electronic equipment so basic/good IT skills would be advantageous.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Operate machinery and equipment. Tractor driving experience would be advantageous but not necessary.
Bonus for overachievement of the harvest is available
Accommodation on site is available if required

Essential Skills: Good level of English, Reading text and numerical data, Great Communication skills, working with others, Problem solving, previous supervisory experience.
