Affilliate Manager

Carfinance247 is a Car Finance specialist broker.

Based in Manchester, we are the leading car finance specialist – covering the whole of the UK. Employing currently around 90 people, we plan to double in size over the next 12 months due to the level of business and growth we are experiencing.

We’re looking for someone to join our growing online team, to develop and manage the Carfinance247 affiliate strategy. We have a great affiliate presence already and now need a commercially astute relationship builder to take it to the next level, with an aim of increasing application volume performance. You’ll manage the existing affiliate team and all affiliate network partners.

This is a high profile role in the business so we need an experienced manager who’s passionate about affiliate marketing.

Skills & Experience

Develop the affiliate marketing strategy to deliver sales volumes at an agreed CPA
Work with the Head of Online to develop the online marketing strategy and align affiliate activity with the – Carfinance247 marketing plan
Manage the relationships and negotiate contracts across the whole affiliate program
Build Carfinance247’s presence and be a champion for the Carfinance247 brand in the affiliate industry.
Manage affiliate network partners to ensure robust tracking and validation processes are in place to prevent fraud.
Increase application volumes through improved conversion rates to capitalise on increased opportunities as per agreed targets and improve the value of applications.
Recruit new affiliates to the Carfinance247 programme and manage the existing two affiliate team members (who’ll be your direct reports).
Manage the affiliate budget, including commission, bonuses and offer spend.
Forecast application volumes and budget on a regular basis and work closely with finance to track monthly spend.
Ensure timely invoicing by affiliates.
