Our client is an exciting start-up online gaming company based in Gibraltar. Don’t let this fool you though. The team behind this exciting new start-up have been here and done it all before, so you will be joining a team with a wealth of online gaming knowledge. Due to their rapid growth and desire to continue to offer their customers the very best online gaming products on the market, my client is looking to add an Affiliates Manager to their growing team.
This exciting yet challenging opportunity will see the successful Affiliates Manager be involved in and responsible for:
- As the first member of the brand new in-house affiliate department you will responsible for building a successful affiliate team.
- Act as first point of call for affiliates and ensure that the company brands are presented and promoted in the best possible manner.
- Providing regular reports, analysis and insights to the CEO and ensure all on-going activity is optimized to drive acquisition and revenues.
- Deliver excellent customer service to affiliates.
- Be an instrumental part of the negotiations of any new deals with key affiliates.
- Ensure full understanding the products especially with how to promote them in particular to the casino product.
- Complete competitor analysis to understand their activity and continually inform the team on such developments.
- Ensuring that affiliates have full updates and understand all the latest related campaigns and updates.
If this is the type of challenge that you have been looking for then you will need the following skills and experience:
- Able to speak English fluently and possess fluency in another European language, preferably a Scandinavian language.
- Current knowledge of and existing relationships in the Nordic iGaming affiliate markets is advantageous.
- Previous experience of the I-gaming industry, preferably from within an affiliate management perspective.
- Have a passion for affiliate sales and business development.
- Excellent computer skills and experience in using MsOffice tools.
- Possessing an academic degree in marketing, business, or similar from a high rated university is considered an asset along with a sound appreciation for online advertising.
- Extensive analytical and administrative skills.
- Good experience of managing and leading a team.
