Affiliate Marketing Manager – Online Casino

As an affiliate marketing manager for an online casino this role will involve identifying potential new affiliate partners, promoting industry leading affiliate programme to them, and effectively managing the on-going relationship with existing partners.

The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:
*Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of client affiliate marketing programs ensuring you have in-depth understanding of the financial value of your portfolio
*Acquisition, retention and activation of new affiliates and partnerships
*Negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with all partners
*Identifying new client opportunities
*Analysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results & devising strategies to move forward
*Monitoring and analysing results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports – Conversion rates optimisation
*Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact which will include face to face meetings, telephone and email communication

Essential Criteria: (This should detail the essential skills, experience, abilities and expertise that are required to do the job)
*Solid experience within Account Management, Digital marketing or Affiliate Marketing
*Experience of managing an affiliate program
*Fluent English – both written and spoken
*Experience with CPA (Cost Per Action), CPC (Cost-Per-Click )and CPM (Cost-Per-Mill) and Revenue share payment models
