Affiliate Marketing Manager – German

We are currently recruiting for a German speaking Affiliate Marketing Manager to help in identifying potential new affiliate partners, promoting our industry leading affiliate program to them, and effectively managing the on-going relationship with existing partners.

As the German Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will develop and pro-actively manage a portfolio of client affiliate marketing programs ensuring you have in-depth understanding of the financial value of your portfolio.

The role will involve acquisition, retention and activation of new affiliates and partnerships as well as negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with all partners.

The Affiliate Marketing Manager will also identify new client opportunities, monitor and analyse results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports (Conversion rates optimiswation) as well as analyse campaign, report ROI results anddevise strategies to move forward.

You will establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact which will include face to face meetings, telephone and email communication, proactively manage your online marketing budget and develop and maintain market leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a top level service.

Within this role, you will also be working with numerical data presented in a variety of reports and spread sheets.

Essential Criteria:

• Solid experience within Account Management, Digital Marketing or Affiliate Marketing

• Fluent English and German – both written and spoken
• Proven planning and organisational skills
• Experience with Microsoft office programmes such as Word and Excel

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous online media buying experience
• Experience with CPA (Cost Per Action), CPC (Cost-Per-Click )and CPM (Cost-Per-Mill) and Revenue share payment model

To be a successful Affiliate Marketing Manager, you must be a self motivated and energetic individual, who is target driven and is able to thrive in a fact paced environment.

You will value attention to detail, possess a strong work ethic as well as well-developed and effective communication skills both written and verbal.

This role requires someone who is highly numerate and innovation with the ability to think “outside the box”
