Affiliate Manager (german) -300 Days of Sun

RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a market leading egaming company have a great opportunity for an Affiliate Manager (German). We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager to help manage and expand our affiliate database. This role has a great deal of responsibility for the affiliate program and will work closely with other areas of the business like Design, Development and Marketing teams. We believe this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced affiliate marketer to come and join one of Europe’s fastest growing online brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Motivate existing affiliates to optimize performance and renegotiate deals as well as identification and recruitment of new affiliates;

 Develop one-on-one relationships with key affiliates;

 Work with graphic designers to create banners, images and other marketing materials;

 Regularly review affiliate sites and marketing practices, insuring compliance with Company policies;

 Create and propose new promotion/actions to distribute to the affiliate networks via newsletters and other affiliate communications.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 Experience within affiliate marketing from the German online gaming industry;

 Strong negotiation and analytical skills – you’re great at analyzing performance and capable of using this analysis to drive better commercial deals;

 Fluent German and English;

 Basic knowledge of SEO, Google analytics, ad-serving, CPC and performance oriented advertising, Dynamic ads would be great as would knowing Netrefer;
