Our client provides impartial eCommerce support services to leading fashion brands and retailers. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a bilingual Affiliate Account Manager to enhance their team.

If you have fluent French language skills and a track record of managing affiliates or partners, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with an exciting eCommerce company offering brilliant development prospects.

Joining an international environment, you’ll have the chance to work with some amazing fashion brands, including UGG and River Island, and play a key role in helping them to achieve their online ambitions.

As an Affiliate Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of accounts and supporting all marketing and campaign activities.

Developing an effective plan for each customer, you’ll help to deliver campaigns across multiple affiliate networks. You’ll co-ordinate the set-up of new programmes and manage the forecasting, budgeting and creation of media and campaign plans.

Liaising with potential new partners via the telephone, you’ll source, evaluate and recruit affiliates and identify sales and brand exposure opportunities to grow programmes.

As part of your role, you will be required to undertake occasional travel within Europe, mainly to Paris.

Your other duties will include:

– Managing the budgets of campaigns
– Overseeing the affiliate and blogger database
– Building strong relationships with networks and publishers to ensure maximum exposure
– Creating and sending out affiliate communications
– Monitoring and analysing affiliate performance

To be considered for this role, you must have:

– Fluency in French, in addition to English
– At least two years’ experience of affiliate and/or partnership management
– Knowledge of affiliate and online KPIs
– Familiarity with common tracking methods

Creative and confident, as an Affiliate Account Manager, you must have great communication skills, strong attention to detail and a highly organised approach.
