Working for one of Wigans largest and best known manufacturing clients you will be working the hours of 830-5pm Monday to Friday within the large Customer Service team.

Some members of the team speak a number of languages whilst other just English premium salaries are paid for those who have another language.

And as part of your new job you will be:

Ensuring objectives of the Customer Services Department are met in line with business requirements.This includes but is not limited to:

·Developing working relationships with customers (internal and external).

·Supporting the team with stock enquiries, requests for certification etc.

·Obtaining freight quotes from freight forwarders and following up on ETAs or UPS issues..

·Creating quotes for our Supply s.

·Entering sample and sales orders in SAP.

·Entering customer complaints in SAP.

·Providing support, when required, to incoming enquiries/leads, ensuring they are passed on to the appropriate Sales Manager in a timely manner.

·Responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner and aiming to provide accurate and complete information. If an enquiry cannot be fully addressed at the first point of contact, sending an interim response setting clear expectations of the next steps and delivering on those commitments.

The company are also one of the first to introduce a flexible working structure with possibly 2 days of the week working from home if required!
