Are you an Administrator who is immediately available for a 6 week temporary assignment?An Administrator is required at our clients busy construction office located in West Midlands on a full-time basis in the Procurement department. Responsibilities: Maintaining excel spreadsheets for site returnsKeeping up to date reconciliations spreadsheets for projects for things such as; MaterialsDeliveriesCart away – disposal off siteFuel Answering phone and taking messagesAssisting with PPE/Consumables stockScanning and archiving of office filesAssist with Purchases/hires, such as speaking with suppliers and raising purchase ordersOther ad hoc requests to assist others Details Role: AdministratorPay: £13 per hourDuration: 6 weeks Location: Office basedHours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pmIf you are able to start Immediately and would like this opportunity please apply without delay.
