Administrator – Sixth Form

36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year to cover term times

Uxbridge Campus 

Actual Salary in the range of £20,611 – £24,996 per annum including London Weighting

We require a well organised, flexible and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to Uxbridge College’s Sixth Form. You will undertake a wide range of administrative duties including producing correspondence and reports, assisting in arranging class cover, diary management and communicating effectively with students and staff across the College. You will also assist in the administration of UCAS applications and processes.

You should have a minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably gained in the education sector. You should also have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, and will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and experience of using IT systems/databases. You will be a good team player, able to work flexibly and on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
