What we do… We are a technically driven business with over 30 years of expertise; engineering and supporting high integrity control systems where failure simply isn’t an option. These can range from small upgrades through to fully integrated turnkey solutions, covering all aspects of technology from control room to field devices. We supply the latest technology to various locations throughout the UK and Europe with our prestigious clients predominantly being within Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Highways, Airports and Power sectors.

What we need from you.

A team player with excellent communicative and organisational skills. You will work as an Administrator working within the Admin Department who are responsible for coordinating the companies’ administrative needs and smooth running of the office setting. Some experience would be beneficial however, we do not expect you to have experience in all these areas as on the job training will be provided.

  • Front of house duties including greeting visitors, providing refreshments and operating switchboard. Where a confident, friendly, and professional demeanour is a must.
  • Organising travel requirements such as flights, hotels and vehicles.
  • Maintaining stock levels of office supplies such as stationery, washroom consumables, PPE etc.
  • Keeping on top of general office housekeeping
  • Organising deliveries and returns
  • Issuing of PPE, tooling, office equipment etc.
  • Organising PAT, Calibration and inspections on various items such as ladders, harnesses and test equipment.
  • H&S maintenance such as fire alarm tests, servicing of fire extinguishers, first aid box checks and replenishments.
  • Quality standard documentation including population and updates of company templates and forms.
  • Arranging training course
  • Organising maintenance to company fleet
  • General office duties including post, filing, scanning etc.
  • Ensuring all systems and records are maintained accurately and kept up to date.
