Administration Assistant / Office Assistant

We are seeking an Administration Assistant / Office Assistant at either graduate level or with some prior office experience to join a small financial service firm based just round the corner from Bank station. You will provide office support and administrative assistance.

Trading since 2008, this friendly and knowledgeable financial firm are proud to be one the few businesses in the City to have been awarded the ‘Chartered Status’ putting them in the top 5% in terms of professionalism and qualifications. Now employing 6 people, they are able to give first rate advice covering all things from investments, pensions, wealth management, mortgage finance, insurance protection, tax and currency.

Joining the team as the Administration Assistant / Office Assistant you will be given full training to help filter mortgage and insurance products using specialist software. Expect to manage and input data into the CRM system and ensure it is kept up to date as well as write up monthly reports for existing clients. General ad-hoc office duties such as tea and coffees, scanning, photocopying and postage as well as other basic office assistance will be required.

To qualify… We need a bright, organised and hard working Administration Assistant / Office Assistant / Graduate that can demonstrate:

  • A degree level education or previous work experience in an office environment;
  • A hard working and dedicated mentality;
  • Very good communication skills – both verbally and written;
  • A familiarity with Microsoft Excel as you will be using this daily;
  • Numeracy skills;
  • IT literate (knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new software).
