Salary: £20,157 – £22,242 per annum (fte) £16,344 – £18,034 (actual)

About Us
Children’s Hospice South West provides care and support for children with life limiting conditions. We have an exciting opportunity for flexible and enthusiastic administrators to join our Care Administration team where you will be able to really make a difference to the lives of the children and families who we support.
Where you will be working
Charlton Farm is situated in beautiful surroundings in Wraxall, at the edge of Bristol. Set in imaginative restorations of listed farm and farm buildings, the hospice has a homely feel and yet provides stunning and spacious accommodation for the whole family, making the most of short and precious lives.
The Role
In this role you will support the Senior Care Administrator in the delivery of comprehensive and effective clerical and administrative support to our skilled multi-disciplinary team in the unique setting of Charlton Farm, on the edge of Bristol.
The Successful Candidate
You will be an excellent administrator who is able to work on your own initiative, prioritise workloads, have an eye for detail, strong all-round communication skills with prior experience working in a busy office. Good IT skills including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and database use is essential. Experience of working within a medical or similar environment would also be an advantage.
