The EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) team is searching for an Intern as a part of the expansion in London.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support regional marketing efforts by managing event logistics, including materials printing and shipping, onsite coordination, etc.
- Promptly review/approve requests for marketing content via the website according to defined criteria
- Promptly notify appropriate sales rep about any requests for product demos
- Collaborating with the Client Service Manager on special projects, including updating clients’ cases in a database, preparing for governance reviews with clients and testing new product functionality.
- Supporting the account management team with a research project, involving the review of existing contracts and tracking of clients’ current product usage.
- Contributing to the sales team and assisting with market research efforts.
- Assisting in general office administration duties
- Assisting the client care team as needed, specifically helping law firm users with a new product called, ebilling desk.
Desired Profile
- Bachelor’s degree. Marketing and/or Law degree is a plus.
- Language proficiency in English, French and/or German.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience within a law firm or technology company, preferably in an international environment.
- Understanding of information management, system interfaces and databases.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong, self-starting and proactive personality.
- Ability to be an effective team-player, accepting accountability and building good working relationships as a means of getting things done.
