Admin Assistant Required Asap

15 hours per week (5 mornings – 9am-12 noon or 5 afternoons – 1pm-4pm)

Term time only

LBR2 point 11-13

£11- £11 per hour

APPLICANTS SHOULD:

Be educated to at least GCSE (A-C) or equivalent in English and mathematics

• Have experience of working in an office environment
• Have excellent word processing skills
• Have a good standard of written and spoken English
• Be forward thinking and innovative
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Have excellent interpersonal skills

• In addition to candidates ability to perform the duties of the post the interview will explore issues relating to safeguarding children including:

– motivation to work with children

– ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children.

– Emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours.

– Attitudes to use of authority and maintaining discipline.

If short-listed any relevant issues arising from references will be taken up at interview.
