Location: Portbury Docks, Bristol
- £11.70 ph +
- Temp to perm
Staffing Match is proud to be working in partnership with our Logistics client based in Portbury Docks who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work for them on a temp to perm basis. Specific training is given.
Shift
- 08.00 – 16.30 Monday – Friday.
Your responsibilities:
- To provide support to the Administration Department.
- To support in the management and maintenance of Additional Works Customers.
- Liaise and instruct Departments to meet customer demands.
- To learn all job aspects related to the Customer service department in order to achieve Multi Skills and cover for holiday and sickness relief.
- Booking all vehicles for delivery through the transport department.
- Maintaining and update the database.
- To undertake such other duties and responsibilities to meet the demands of the business and customers.
About you:
- Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office packages.
- Able to multi task.
- Able to meet tight deadlines.
- Good administration skills.
- Able to communicate at a high level both oral and written.
