The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity, created as a result of company expansion, for a Specialist Consultant who is motivated, ambitious and driven to develop a highly consultative, professional career within recruitment.
Due to an increase in demand for our 360‐degree, risk‐managed recruitment solutions, Adept will appoint an Oil & Gas Specialist, Engineering Specialist, IT Specialist and Energy & Nuclear Specialist within the next few months.
The successful Candidate will manage a sales pipeline of projects to completion, whilst adding value, mitigating risk, maintaining service levels and adhering to best practice.

The position is based within our modern offices, set in a great location with free parking and excellent facilities on site, just off the A689/A19 near Hartlepool.
The Individual:
Possessing previous oil and gas recruitment experience, you will be comfortable managing and consulting our client’s permanent, project and contractual requirements.
Confident, self‐motivated, driven, fastidiously detail and solutions orientated and able to work independently, you will possess a positive, can-do attitude and be able to demonstrate previous, consistent achievements of KPI’s and revenue targets.
Your Qualifications:
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a minimum of two years’ experience in a consultative, client‐facing role, ideally providing solutions to an engineering, energy, technical, onshore, offshore and/or subsea client base.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree-level qualification (or equivalent) within a technical or engineering discipline. Those that have taken a different route into a relevant recruitment position will also be considered.
