Salary: £78,000 – £90,000 per year
Our client, a national property services company, is looking for an Acquisitions & Disposals Manager to come on board for 3 months to assist with the management of their West based properties.
You will support the Head of Acquisitions & Disposals and Regional Asset Manager deliver corporate strategy and wider policy initiatives related to the effective acquisition and disposal of the estate and related assets. You will also be key in managing the disposal acquisition and development programme, project management of individual site disposals and management of the associated budgets relating to the acquisition and disposal of complex multi million pound sites.
You will have experience in taking responsibility for key multi million land and property acquisition and disposal projects, preparing business cases, regular management reports, tracking progress, preparing forecasts on potential receipts and costs, ensuring budgets are adequate and well managed.
Finally you will be required to appoint and manage external consultant teams in the preparation and progression of all statutory planning, environmental surveys, demolition programmes and financial feasibility work.
