Salary: £36,000 – £45,600 (Dependant on Experience)

Location: Godalming

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a highly reputable and well established firm of chartered accountants based in their Godalming office.

They are seeking an ambitious individual who preferably has experience of managing a client portfolio already.

As the Portfolio / Client Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients predominantly consisting of SME’s from a wide variety of industry sectors. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of a full range of business services to clients including Accounting, Taxation and Auditing

Whilst maintaining the existing client base, the Client Manager will also be responsible for further developing the portfolio through marketing and networking activities

Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparing Statutory & Management Accounts

Tax compliance work and VAT returns

Managing a portfolio of clients from a range of industry sectors

Providing a full range of business services to clients including Audit, Accounting and Taxation

Assisting in the training and mentoring of junior staff

Engaging in networking / marketing activities to build the portfolio

Skills:

ACCA/ACA Qualified Accountant

Experience in working within a firm of Accountants
