Excellent permanent role with a successful well-established Cheltenham based company. Our client offers a hybrid working pattern with a nice split between working from home and in their modern offices. They are currently in a period of growth and development and are looking to add a new Accounts Receivables Clerk to their finance team.

The newly appointed Accounts Receivables Clerk will be involved in a wide aspect of duties such as:

  • Working within a team to cover the Accounts Receivables functions
  • Processing and reconciliation of supplier requests
  • Monitoring outstanding balances
  • Processing refunds and order cancellations
  • Updating and maintaining the integrity of the Sales Ledger database
  • Dealing with AR queries
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

To be successful in your application you will need to be highly organised and be able to work in set deadlines. You will be able to work within a team as well as on your own and have great attention to detail.
Ideally you will be AAT qualified or a studier, have intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables/ v-lookups) and the ability to build rapport with both financial and non-financial team members.
