A small and professional corporate company in Coleshill are recruiting for an exciting new vacancy for an experienced and confident Accounts and Payroll Manager to work within a busy and expanding office environment.

Experience in a similar role is preferable.

Your duties and tasks will include:

· To manage and oversee weekly payroll of 400+ CIS/Hybrid and Umbrella workers for two companies.

· To ensure the company’s compliance with all current payroll legislation and ensure all required paperwork is received

· Maintaining office staff by recruiting, training and performance managing a team of payroll administrators, being responsible for disciplinary action if necessary

· To design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results; making any necessary adjustments

· To maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing procedures

· Fully utilise and maintain computer operating systems

· Management reporting

· Client liaison, telephone and in person

· Database Management

· Maintain office equipment, agreements and subscriptions

· To provide admin support to the MD

· Ensure client and payee files are kept up to date and oversee any external audits (ie; PAYE, HMRC)

· Ensure protection, confidentiality and security of files and records

· Maintain office equipment and supplies

.Knowledge of the following is essential…

· Microsoft Office packages – advanced Excel

· Numeracy

· Administration within a small but rapidly growing business

· Human resources and man management

· Payroll schemes (ie; Hybrid, Umbrella, PAYE) some knowledge of CIS and Monthly Returns

Knowledge of the following is preferred…

· Microsoft Access Database programmes

· Sage Line 50 Accounts/Payroll package

· Payroll schemes ie; Hybrid, Umbrella, PAYE

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, onsite parking is available.
