Your New Role as Accounts Manager:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, as Accounts Manager specific responsibilities will include:
• Assist with budget monitoring and forecasting
• Liaising with various budget holders to provide meaningful financial advice and insight
• Ensure the accuracy of management information
• Support in the development and delivery of long-term financial plans
• Assist in the development of internal controls and systems
• Variance analysis
• Review of reconciliations and budget monitoring reports
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
The successful candidate will be AAT qualified or CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CIPFA part qualified. Strong communication skills are imperative as you will be required to build and maintain relationships with various internal and external stakeholders. Experience within an education setting isn’t essential, however you must be able to demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes working independently and utilising the support of the Head of Finance and CFO.
