We are now seeking to grow a well-established Sales Force and are seeking the next Sales Manager!! Competitive basic salary (Which is negotiable for the right person) and realistic earning potential up to £108K+

As the Account Management Director you will be part of a multi-award winning business that due to their tremendous success have set up offices overseas in the states and are seeking to drive that success further in to 2014! You will be working with their dynamic Portsmouth Account Management team managing successful Account Managers.

Key role responsibility
Working day to day with the customer success team in order to drive proactive interactions with the customers
Key goals within the role are:
– Drive renewal rates higher (increasing customer Lifetime Value)
– Driving sales revenues from upsells and recommendations
– Extend the clients renewal periods clients
The individual will be responsible for recruiting new Managers into the team and will also be responsible for Team Leader recruitment
As part of the role, the Account Management Director will be expected to develop Account Managers (AM) so that they can be progressed through the team into more senior roles
There will be a requirement for the AMD to manage the US AC team remotely (with occasional travel to the US office)
You need to be able to analyse data to identify patterns that will allow them to further improve renewals
You need to develop a model for renewals that can be replicated
You must be prepared to fully immerse themselves in the team. We will expect them to get involved in customer conversations so you really understand the activities required to increase customer renewals.

Experience
Need to be highly experienced in recruiting staff
Need to be able to develop team members into leaders who can take on Team Leader responsibilities
Has to of had retention management experience
SaaS experience would be ideal
Has to have experience of managing team leaders
Must be experienced in training and coaching teams
Has to be able to demonstrate how they have successfully increased renewal revenues within other businesses and how they did it

The individual
This is a very fast growth business and will require a lot of focus and hours to make it work
You must want to work in a very fast paced environment and be able to juggle many projects at once
You must be able to deliver to deadlines

AC team – 24 (4 team Leaders, 20 AC’s) This team is growing fast though so likely to be 40 within 12 months
