Accounts & Audit Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the Audit & Accounts department and team
• Manage the workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Coach and mentor the team, offering support and feedback
• Manage a varied portfolio of clients
• Manage the full audit cycle
• Build and develop client relationships
• Work alongside the Partner to undertake business development activities

Requirements:

• ACCA or CA Qualified
• Experience gained within Practice is essential
• Previous experience of managing/supervising a team is essential
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
