Accounts Assistants Required – Apply Today

Bramingtons are looking for account assistants across the London area. Excellent rates of pay and flexible working hours.

Our clients are looking for an Accounts Assistant to work within a busy Finance Department. This role is working normal office hours between Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:30pm. This position would ideally suit an Accounts Assistant, or a strong trainee accountant who is ambitious, capable and ready for their next career move.

As part of the role your duties will include:

Maintain the daily cashbook
Reporting and Analysing Ledger Accounts
Payable
Accounts Receivable
Supplier Payments and Daily Banking
Reconciliations
General Office Admin
Some Accounts experience [Preferably, not essential if studying]

The ideal candidate should have good Excel skills and ideally have some experience, but not essential.

The ideal candidate should be:

The ability to work to tight deadlines
Be a team player
Be a good communicator

The candidate needs to be action orientated, someone who enjoys meeting and exceeding targets, often under tight deadlines. We are looking for someone who can learn new skills and is comfortable with processes and procedures.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively and can relate well to all internal and external customers.
