Accounts Assistant- Great Junior Role

A great entry level role has been made available for an aspiring finance professional to join this Leeds based service business as an Accounts Assistant.

The role will provide an excellent platform to learn and develop in a finance environment, with the role developing in itself to provide a broad spectrum Accounts Assistant role to the successful applicant.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, the role will undertake a number of duties. On the finance side, the main function of the role initially will be to assist the Credit Control team with query resolution. The role will start to incorporate Purchase Ledger as well as it develops over time. The job also consists of a handful of admin duties, such as posting, franking and filing, and also carry out ad hoc duties where necessary.

Ideally you will be looking to start a career in finance and be looking to gain experience in a suitable role. Whilst no prior finance experience is necessary, the business wishes to take on someone who is a quick learner and has a bright and lively personality to match that of the established team.
