Accounts Assistant required for Rapidly Growing Holiday Letting Company in Canterbury.

Reporting into the Finance Director, your duties will include:

  • Daily Reconciliation of Client and Business Bank Accounts
  • Entering and reconciling customer receipts on sales database
  • Monthly reconciliation and distribution of Owner Statements
  • Processing of all purchase invoices and credit notes
  • Processing petty cash receipts
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Co-Ordination of Salary Information and submission to Payroll Agency
  • Preparation of Quarterly Overseas Tax Returns
  • Collate information for Quarterly VAT Return
  • Assisting with general office administration

For this position, you will need to have previous accounts experience, ideally within purchase ledger, reconciliations and expenses. It is paramount that you have a good understanding of excel to include formulae and spreadsheets.

AAT Qualification is desirable but not essential

The position is for 25 hours a week preferably spread over the 5 week days but there is some flexibility
