Accounts Assistant
Job Description
A part time Accounts Assistant is required for this leading construction company.
Job Responsibilities:
โข Printing of invoices from the Invoices email inbox
โข Posting of invoices onto the company IT system (Pegasus CIS)
โข Attaching of delivery notes to the invoices
โข Checking & matching the invoices to the purchase order
โข Chasing site managers for missing delivery notes
โข Dealing with queries / discrepancies on the invoices and purchase orders
โข Communicating with suppliers
โข Reconciliation of supplier accounts
โข Filing
โข Provide assistance to fellow team members when required
Providing assistance to the accounts manager in updating spreadsheets as follows:
โข Fuel purchases analysis
โข Telephone bills
โข Lease car analysis
โข Credit card posting
This role is part time working 25 hours a week – 5 hours a day (flexible start and finish times)
To be suitable for this role you will have previous experience in a similar role and have excellent IT skills.
