Badenoch & Clark are currently working with a well respected and sought after organisation based on the South Coast who are looking for a Accounts Assistant to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract due to heavy work load from on-going projects.

Candidates must be immediately available, able to commit to the full 6 months and be able to be flexible and adaptable. The chosen candidate will be able to hit the ground running, work well both in a team and individually and be able to confidentially liaise with other finance and non finance teams.

Responsibilities will include but are not excluded to:

* Processing of sales ledger invoices
* Credit control of debtors including reporting
* Credit Assurance calculations and reporting
* Distribution of sales ledger statements
* Posting of journals
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Processing of accounts payable invoices
* Processing of accounts payable payment runs
* Ad Hoc Reporting

– Experience of accounts payable and accounts receivable
– Experience of balance sheet reconciliations
– Calm working under pressure to tight deadlines
– Proven experience of working in a busy finance function
– Confident on Excel
