Accounts Assistant

Salary: £36,000 per year

Full time role with experience of Sage Line 50 required (£30K)

Training for a qualification or AAT qualified, QBE considered

Monday to Friday 5.30am – 11.30am, Saturday 5.30am – 10.30am

Candidate will need to be able to drive and the role is office based.

The role will encompass the following tasks:

• Performance of bank reconciliations
• Production of weekly sales reports
• Reconcile petty cash and tills
• Assist with payroll reports
• Process expenses and credit cards
• Process credit notes
• Assist with sales process to allow early morning van despatch
• Assist with purchase ledger
• Enter journals and assist with Balance Sheet reconciliations
