A rapidly expanding property related business based in the City is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. The successful candidate will have some previous accounts payable background and will be able to work to tight deadlines.
Duties will include:
• Processing invoices for the purchase ledger
• Preparing sales invoices
• Chasing for supplier credit notes.
• Creating supplier payment runs fortnightly.
• Book/bank reconciliation.
• Producing and input working journals.
• Producing sales ledger statements and chasing debtors via telephone/in writing.
Preferred Skills:
• AAT Part-Qualified (or newly qualified).
• Practical accounts background
• Advanced Excel
