The Opportunity: Joslin Rhodes has grown by being fantastic at what we do, merging life coaching with financial advice to really improve people’s lives. We work with ordinary folk, at or approaching retirement and we coach them through the life and money decisions that they face.
We’ve built a great team of people along the way, which currently stands at 15 and growing. In 2016 we are moving to our fantastic new bespoke premises.
Demand for our services continues to grow which is great. However we’ve noticed that we’re missing something and we have identified a need for an awesome person to join our passionate and enthusiastic team.
We’re looking for someone with experience in accounts and bookkeeping. Someone who is proactive and diligent, who can keep their finger on our financial pulse and our records in pristine order, freeing up time for the management team to concentrate on other areas of our thriving business.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Purchasing
- Budget and credit control
- Payroll
- Financial Reporting to the management team
- Data entry and reconciliation on Sage Instant
- Statement reconciliation on our CRM System (training will be provided)
- Record keeping
- Liaising with our external accountants
- Invoicing
