Our client, a family run importer and exporter of optical equipment, based in Leighton Buzzard is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator who is able to produce Trial Balance and draft monthly Management Accounts.
Main Accounts Administration duties:
- Bank reconciliations
- Cashflow
- Billing and invoicing
- Liaise with import/export re: freight
- VAT and other duties
- Sales and purchase ledger
- Forex (EUR/$/£)
- Journals, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and draft Management Accounts
Main General Office Administration:
- Answering the phone and dealing with the post
- Order stationary
- Petty cash
- Produce end of month reports
- Liaise HMRC
- Research
Skills:
- SAGE50
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Professional telephone manner and good organisational skills
- Confident Client facing skills
- Liaise with Company Accountant on a monthly basis
