Account Services Manager / Client Success

My client are looking for an Account Services Manager / Client Success to help their biggest clients. They are a $250M Gartner leading global software vendor. They specialising in file collaboration and content management and the majority of the fortune 1000 use their platform.

They are looking to hire an Account Service Manager / Client Success to manage the biggest clients that have purchased a number of products in order to avoid having multiple points of contact. A focus on Investment Banking and Corporate VDR’s (Visual Data Rooms) / File collaboration would be an advantage

Responsibilities:
* Strengthen and maintain good client relationships with ongoing communications
* Driving the success of top tier strategic accounts by understanding business requirements of client and their end users
* Ensuring client success, which includes the execution and oversight of all phases in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities such as onboarding, adoption, consumption, usage, and successful escalation management.
* Pull together internal product teams and manage client expectations

Desired Skills:
* Enterprise Content Management / File collaboration

Essential Skills:
* Track record of successfully planning and managing larger-scale engagements through all stages of the client life-cycle
* Comfortable interacting across organizations from senior executives to individual contributors
* Proficient in MS Office tools, web-based technologies, CRM experience (preferably SalesForce)
* SaaS Experience
* Good judgement and strong problem solving skills

You will receive a competitive salary of up to £60K to £78K basic salary, 10% bonus and extensive company benefits
