Account / Senior Project Manager – Interactive Media / Dam

Our client is a design & technology agency and pioneer of interactive digital technology for outdoor, retail, sports education and public spaces. This agency is currently looking for a talented, self-starting Account Manager/Project Manager to join their team. Must be passionate and have bags of initiative.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU!
*Proven experience of delivering digital projects is ideal
*Those with interactive media industry experience are favourable and have a better chance of success applying for this role
*MUST BE technically savvy and digitally-minded
*Experience as a Project Manager / Account Manager (or Interactive Producer) IS ESSENTIAL
*MAY consider other industry experience such as design / integrated media / film
*Experience of Agile and Prince2 is beneficial
*Experience managing client stakeholders and subcontractors
*Professional communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
*Highly organised, strong work ethic, powerful internal drive and commitment to achieving wins as a team
*Strong diplomacy and problem solving skills
*Passionate about our business and industry
*Be a strategic thinker and always offer a strategic understanding/articulation of client requirements
*Encourage best practices and have a very good eye for detail (i.e. quality control, proofing skills)

AN IDEA OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE…
*Simultaneously manage projects for different clients, offer an excellent level of client service and consistently manage client expectations
*Lead regular internal project team meetings in which the team learns about client needs and responses in a clear and concise manner
*Manage and optimise client process and workflow for development and delivery throughout project lifecycles
*Identify and manage project risks and issues and be solutions and delivery focused
*Manage all project-related communications, e.g. organise/lead meetings, write agendas and minutes, status reports and follow up on next actions
*Create Statements of Work, cost estimates, payment schedules and manage project timelines and milestones to time and budget
*Be involved in the commercial development of client relationships
