Account Manager – Within Award-Winning Account Management Team

ASP specialises in the provision of websites and online services for the events industry. We are a global company with additional offices in Las Vegas and Sydney.

We have an Account Manager role available within our award-winning Account Management team. If you have online, digital or event marketing skills, this is a chance to use that experience and develop your skills. Dealing with the day-to-day website requirements of our clients – from simple software tasks to a complete website launch – you will be the face of ASP. This is not a sales role nor are we looking for a techie as we have those people! You will be hands on with your client base, so juggling multiple projects (and multiple external resources) at one time should be a piece of cake for you. The role is varied and fast-paced, with each day being different from the other, so if that sounds appealing…keep reading!

This is a great opportunity for someone with account handling and/or online marketing experience (even better if you’ve worked in the events or conferences industry). You will have a strong customer focus, be committed, enthusiastic, energetic and adaptable.

Required skills:

• Understanding of the web (advanced level) and computer software (basic level)
• 2-5 years client handling or project management experience
• Knowledge of PhotoShop and CSS/Sass (basic level acceptable – we’ll teach you if you need to know more!)
• Experience in client handling and online marketing or project support
