My client a Market leader in providing Health & Safety and Compliance information is currently seeking an experienced Tele-account Manager to renew existing business and identify growth areas.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To retain Health & Safety, compliance and training revenue via direct telephone account management.

• To identify Up-sell and Cross-sell opportunities referring to the field team where appropriate.

• To provide exceptional levels of client care to retain and grow existing business.

• To update the CRM system accurately

• Track opportunities in the CRM system

• Ensure product knowledge is up to date

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience within account management
• Successful and demonstrable track history of hitting key targets and KPIs
• Experience of using a CRM system
• Ability to manage own work load and productivity
