My client a Market leader in providing Health & Safety and Compliance information is currently seeking an experienced Tele-account Manager to renew existing business and identify growth areas.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To retain Health & Safety, compliance and training revenue via direct telephone account management.

To identify Up-sell and Cross-sell opportunities referring to the field team where appropriate.

To provide exceptional levels of client care to retain and grow existing business.

To update the CRM system accurately

Track opportunities in the CRM system

Ensure product knowledge is up to date
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience within account management
- Successful and demonstrable track history of hitting key targets and KPIs
- Experience of using a CRM system
- Ability to manage own work load and productivity
