Our client, a well-established specialist digital agency with an excellent reputation are currently seeking a Digital Account Manager to join the small team within a brand new position that has arisen due to expansion.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to join a forward thinking consultancy that offers autonomy as well as the support to progress and develop. We need to find a talented digital marketing professional with a strength in SEO who can quickly develop client relationships, maintaining and growing revenue from existing clients.

Account Manager Duties Include:

• Managing a portfolio of existing clients, developing strong relationships.
• Looking after SEO, PPC & Social Media campaigns.
• Reporting to clients frequently on campaigns with the support of the Digital Marketing Executive.
• Providing a consultative service, understanding each clients’ objectives and exploring & advising on more possible strategies & campaigns.
• Analysing clients’ websites alongside traffic conversion information to find opportunities for campaigns.
• Keep up to date with the latest industry developments & trends.

Account Manager Skills Required:

• Solid experience within a similar role, ideally agency although this is not essential.
• Sound understanding of online marketing with experience of delivering SEO campaigns & a desire to learn new skills.
• PPC experience would be an advantage but training on AdWords PPC will be provided, leading to Google Certification.
• In depth knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Confident communication skills, both verbal & written.
