Account Manager / Consutlant

Due to our recent phenomenal success we are looking to recruit an Account Manager / Consultant to join the business. This is a brand new role within a new the organisation, so the right candidate has the opportunity to forge a role which will be the bench mark for all other employees who join at the same level.

Role Responsibilities:

– Be the first point of contact for clients within the business, keeping in consistent contact with clients and catering to their requirements.
– Successfully manage an end to end recruitment program utilising all the necessary tools available
– Achieve monthly billing targets in line with your account base.
– Work closely with the Director to target and drive additional earning opportunity from both the account base and your allocated industry.
– Assist in the development and growth of the Account Management team (as it will be growing in 2015 and we’re looking for a leader to help shape this).

Ideal Candidate profile:

– Ideally some experience of the Recruitment industry, however not essential as full training will be provided.
– A minimum of 1 year sales or account management experience within a Business to Business environment.
– Have excellent English and Mathematics, and ideally be educated to a high standard.
– Fully PC literate
– Be an excellent communicator. This role is 80% account management and 20% sales (which will include some cold calling) so you cannot be afraid of picking up the phone and introducing Claritas.
– Hold a full UK driving licence.
– Have a willingness to learn and develop.
