Account Manager – Client Services – French Speaking

A permanent role based in Paris for an Account Manager with proven experience working with client portfolios. The role is working for a very strong marketing agency that specialist within design and print. The company is growing at a fast rate and is a great opportunity for a french speaking client services , marketing or relationship associate to work in Paris. The role will work alongside the account manager allowing the team to work more effectively including studios, data, colour management, HTML and online tools

I have noted the day to day duties below:

• Develop a good understanding of the client’s business
• Develop and maintain rapport with agency personnel
• Manage risk around service delivery failure
• Ensure all client requirements are captured at briefing including full details and dates
• Manage delivery of product on time and on budget
• Ensure workflow and procedures are followed throughout production cycle
• Engage with suppliers to ensure they work in partnership with the business

We are looking for individuals who have had experience working in print, digital or agency and who speak fluent French as the role is based in Paris.
