Maxx Marketing London is seeking a fun, creative, and accomplished Account Manger coordinate activities and drive sales in support of European operations, as well as lead our efforts in CIS. Incumbant will execute and manage marketing programs and sales activities in accordance with agency standards. The position will be responsible for client development from project presentations all the way to production and delivery, and for internal/external communications necessary for ensuring project success. Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Initial research for planning and setting creative direction of programs. Compile research materials for presentation to clients for justification in program pitch.
• Project Brief: Interpret client brief and research materials to develop project goals, work plans, timelines, strategic direction and identification of resources required to meet program success criteria.
• Manage Creative Brainstorm: Present research materials and actively participate in the brainstorming sessions with creative and engineering teams.
• Project Management:Responsible for keeping commitments in a timely manner and resolving issues promptly. Coordination with project team and clients to insure all milestones are met.
• Client Service: Provide day-to-day client service to build and maintain relationships, organically grow business and deliver projects according to company standards.
• After Sales Service: Post program evaluation from client feedback and action plan for continued improvement of future programs and processes.

Experience & Competencies:

• 5+ years account/project management experience in BTL promotion including premium and merchandising activities, focusing on client solutions. Advertising specialties / branded merchandise experience a plus.
• Bilingual Russian/English a must, multilingual a plus.
• Marketing or advertising degree and agency background required.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects involving multiple regions at any given time.
• Excellent written, verbal and client facing presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and interface with peers as well as executive level management.
• Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet research savvy. Trade Only experience a plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel within UK, Europe and overseas when necessary.
• Experience in interfacing with global supply chain management, operations and Fortune 500 clients.
