RH Recruiting are currently working in partnership with our client in recruiting for a Internal Sales Accounts Coordinator.
The purpose of this role is to support the internal sales team, develop business knowledge on products and services with the interest of inheriting your own portfolio of customers.

Responsibilities:

* To act as a representative of the company to all customers
* To ensure high quality levels of activity for own portfolio of customers
* Achieve business targets and monitor own performance levels
Operational Responsibilities
* To make/receive telephone calls to/from customers
* To ensure the accurate recording of information and to maintain account records
* To attain the budgeted minimum Standards of Performance
* To understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis, keeping informed of achievement and month to date performance
* To attend campaign briefings (sales meetings)
* To demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company and customer activities
* To efficiently handle customer enquiries
* Act as a representative of the company and represent its interests at all times
* To follow company guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls
* To contact customers on a regular basis and to solicit business from them
* To support the development of new accounts
* To maintain and develop active accounts, customers spend levels and new products uptake
* To manage cash collection.
