Account Manager – EMEA – with fluent French
£36-40K + bonus

My client, a travel tech company, is looking for a French-speaking Account Manager to join their EMEA team in their London office.
The role:
*Attend client meetings, which includes preparing and presenting to the agencies and clients directly
*Manage the different aspects of the campaign execution via internal platforms
*Analyse campaign performance data
*Traffic and optimise campaigns to deliver great results to clients
*Implement optimisations to ensure client satisfaction
*Work closely with the internal teams on a daily basis
*Work closely with sales and external clients to ensure the successful launch of campaigns
*Resolve customer and operational problems during campaigns by providing general technical support on products
*Provide high-quality service and achieve customer satisfaction
The candidate:
*Will have a fluent level of French
*Will have previous campaign / account management experience
*Will have a good understanding of the ad-tech environment
*Will be able to work with major accounts whilst providing excellent client service
*Will have experience with the following platform tools: DBM, DCM, Salesforce
*Will have strong communication, analytical and IT skills
*Will be detail-oriented
