Salary: £29-34,000 + benefits (full-time or part-time applicants considered).
I am recruiting an experienced Account Manager for a highly successful and expanding Creative Agency who specialise in marketing for the technology sector on a national basis. Based in lovely offices in Backwell, Bristol BS48, you will report to and work closely with the Managing and Creative Director and you will be joining a team with over 50 years of creative technology marketing know-how behind them.
As Account Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring that work is strategically correct, on brief, on time and on budget.
We are happy to consider part-time or flexible working hours for the right candidate.
Benefits: 20 days increasing to 25 days + 8 days bank holiday, flexible working hours, free parking, potential for Profit Related Pay.
Account Manager Responsibilities:

Account Management – Handling accounts and developing solid business relationships with clients through regular and proactive contact

Project Management – coordinating internal staff, liaising with clients and suppliers, progressing work flow

Writing briefs for the Creative team

Providing input on the best way to meet a client’s business objectives through effective marketing

Briefing all relevant parties within the agency clearly and succinctly on project requirements

Presenting briefs for sign-off to the client and Managing and Creative Director

Presenting creative work and media plan (including costs) to the client

Managing the production process, turning ideas into reality and ensuring deadlines are met

Monitoring project progress and reviews, making recommendations for modifications where appropriate

Monitoring competitor activity and report to marketing team, creative team and client

As part of the growth vision manage the workload and development of Account Executives
Account Manager Experience/Skills Required:
-
A minimum of 2 years creative agency experience and experience of working closely with a design team

A good understanding of the creative and production process and the ability to write a creative brief

A degree and a CAM Diploma in Marketing Communications / Professional Diploma in Marketing – preferable but not essential

Confident, ambitious and energetic with a persuasive manner and the ability to use your initiative

Innovative and creative

Self-motivated and well presented

Highly organised, able to work deadlines and a stickler for detail

Preferably some experience of working with clients in the technology sector

As a result of the rural location of the offices you will need your own transport
