They are seeking an individual with impeccable communication, who can deliver first class service to their clients and customers and support the account management team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Various administrative tasks
- Grow designated client accounts in order to meet agency goals
- Monthly reporting for designated accounts
- Ensure invoices are correct and paid on-time
- Quickly handle inquiries and orders from clients
- Support wider account team with projects
Ideal Candidate:
- ‘Tech-Savvy’ and computer literate
- Must have experience with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience with admin duties is essential
- Experience in a client-facing position
- Experience working on agency accounts will be a huge bonus
- Must have fantastic written and spoken communication
- Must be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks
