Account Executive

Account Executive: An ambitious highly motivated Account Executive with good sales experience is required to join the sales team to increase profitability and market share through sales to existing and potential new customers for one of the most innovative and trusted Tier 1 technology brands in the world.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this is a brand new role for an Account Executive to develop your career path with a well renowned company offering long term career prospects. The Account Executive may come from a lead generation, telesales, and outbound call centre and will show confidence and professionalism in dealing with clients via telephone and email.

Responsibilities:
– Contact existing and potential customers by telephone
– Identify new business opportunities and convert to the company supplies
– Manage the customer accounts/files
– Maximise business retention
– Exchange good practises and business experience with colleagues
– Work closely with allocated team members on geographic area
Skills and Experiences:
– PC literate (Microsoft Office)
– Excellent telephone manner
– Highly developed customer service skills
– Ability to input data accurately
– Calm in a pressurized situation
– Self-motivated, team player
