Account Director – Data / CRM / Marketing

My client are an integrated agency who put their customer’s data at the heart of what they do. They are an established business who are considered to be leading the way in Marketing Services.

This Account Director will lead and manage a number of key accounts providing help and guidance in helping their clients add value to create profitable egagement through DM, CRM, Planning, Insight, Technology and Data Platforms.

The Account Director will take responsibility for the strategic running and overall performance of the accounts to develop excellent client relationships.

The key areas of required experience include:
– Extensive agency background
– Excellent all round communicator
– Proven strategy development skills – ability to see the bigger picture but can formulate tangible propositions
– Manager of stakeholder relationships
– Passionate and driven
– Positive and strong leader
– Commercial expertise – ability to own client commercials
